     Each project carried out during our activity in Azerbaijan is our pride.

   

     Buildings created by “Caspian Service” adorn our capital and 6 regions of Azerbaijan representing the benchmark of elite housing in connection with developed infrastructure. The synthesis of functional, constructive and artistic sides accumulating the organization of the area being built with its own architectural structure including the potential of the best architects of Azerbaijan, utilization of qualitative and aesthetic building materials, bold construction forms and the decoration of façade with traditional facing materials and the national stone Gulbah of outstanding beauty, the dome as a symbol of solemnity and splendour – all these transform our projects into the style of the epoch which hopefully will leave mark in city building history.

       “Caspian Service” takes active part in the state program for old buildings restoration.

       In 2006 we completed the project of the school of the XXI century which according to its composition, design and interior decoration corresponds to the high-class educational institution.

  In 2004 on the territory of the Russian Federation we founded the company “Stroiservis” LLC which started the implementation of the first two projects in Stavropoli and Essentuki.

  In the historic part of Stavropoli, in 4 Sovetskaia street, we started to carry out a project of building a multistory block of flats which will become our “business card”. It is an example of a qualitatively new level of construction consistent with historic surroundings and the general architectural complex. The overall area is 6630 square meters, out of which 4500 square meters are residential area. The building location, the stylistics of architectural decisions, the utilization of the expensive building materials of the best producers as well as the aesthetic image - all these determine the level of business class housing. A majestic stand of the white-stone façade, a splendid dome with a spire will become a new variation in the architectural complex of the town and will match harmoniously the architectural style.
  

   

  In May 2010 in the resort zone of Essentuki town in 200 meters from the sanative park there will be erected a three-storied house of club type. The projected building represents a luxurious residential estate including the apartments with comfortable planning, modern technical facilities and landscaped inner space.

  Kazakhstan

  “Caspian Service Kazakhstan” was formed by the founders of “Caspian Service” in 2003 in the capital of Kazakhstan – Astana city. Since then there was opened a branch in Aktau and the construction activity is being planned in Karaganda. The residential estate “Caspian Palace” in Astana situated on the left bank of the river Esil near the Presidential Palace impresses with the splendour of its forms, span of hugeness and irreproachable performance. There are 225 apartments in the estate, the overall area is 44800 square meters. The location, bright whiteness of the façade and a contrasting blue roof with a dome, the majestic modesty of the composition, the magnificent apartment planning make this project unique. Aktau is a rapidly developing town. Council-owned 9-storied house with the overall area of 20400 square meters, of 135 apartments, built in neighbourhood unit 27 was the start of the operation of the branch in Aktau of “Caspian Service Kazakhstan”. In neighbourhood unit 14 we began to construct a multifunction residential estate “Khazar Palace” with the overall area of 34100 square meters including a restaurant, business and shopping centre, and 36 apartments, which will undoubtedly adorn the central avenue of the town. We also began to build the residential estate in Karaganda consisting of two 16-storied buildings with the overall area of 33500 square meters, of 168 apartments combining classical forms and modern design.

  Georgia

  The representation office of “Caspian Service” in Georgia “Caspian Service Georgia” was registered in 2005. The Azerbaijan expatriate community in Georgia is numerous and “Caspian Service” expressed their good will and performed a charitable action erecting the Bust Monument to the distinguished public figure of Azerbaijan Mirza Fatali Ahundov, which was erected in the Azerbaijan school in Tbilisi city. In the opening ceremony took part the mayor of Tbilisi city G.Ugulava, the ambassador of the Azerbaijan Republic in Georgia N.Aliev, distinguished people of culture and art of Azerbaijan and Georgia. There were executed works on erecting the Pantheon in the capital of Georgia where there are buried the distinguished sons of Azerbaijan who carried out their activity in this region. “Caspian Service” had the honour to erect the Bust Monument to the national leader of Azerbaijan Geidar Aliev rebuilding the park named after him. The project architect is F.Ahundov, the sculptor is N.Aliev. In the opening ceremony on 12^th May 2007 took part the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliev and the President of Georgia Mihail Saakashvili. In the near future there is a plan to build the Embassy of the Azerbaijan Republic in Georgia.

  Afghanistan

  In the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan “Caspian Service” takes part in building-up new districts of Kabul city. Our architects have developed an ambitious project of the multifunction residential estate with the developed infrastructure and landscaping.
