The investment and construction company ‘Caspian Service’ was founded in 2001 and was a pioneer in the revival of the construction industry in Azerbaijan.

Our company believes its cultural mission to be the popularization of the traditional oriental architectural style through its integration into the current world construction trends. Such fusion of the traditions and modernity proved to be so popular and in demand for that our company at once created a brand that bears currently the term ‘Architecture of Baku’.

All projects of  ‘Caspian Service’ are marked by the introduction of a new functional style that fully fits into in the city’s architectural landscape, by combining in a harmony a creative approach and exquisite taste with the convenience and high quality of the construction materials and works.

      While our specialists recreate the art of architectural metallic decoration and  revive some of  the lost architectural techniques, the use of the unique national stone gulbah in finishing works make the projects of ‘Caspian Service’ quite recognizable, transforming the facade of the building into a breathtaking masterpiece.

At the moment, ‘Caspian Service’ is a very dynamic company open to the new creative concepts and productive cooperation, which allowed us to be the first to create outside Azerbaijan islands of  ‘architecture of Baku’ – and now buildings under the signature of ‘Caspian Service’ adorn Russia and Kazakhstan. Our rich human, technical and production resources permit us to execute all kinds of project, design and construction works of any complexity and scale.

In the course of our activity we have built and put into use over 350 thousand square meters of construction space, combining the whole range of our possibilities: residential projects, office buildings, shopping centers, sport complexes, health clinics .

Our special pride is the project of the National Music Conservatory, Mugham Centre and a private school –which we consider to be a contribution to the national cultural development.
